What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal through our secure payment provider. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes! If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked. We want you to be completely happy with MurmurTone.

What happens when my subscription expires?

If you don't renew, the app will stop working after your subscription period ends. Your settings and preferences are preserved, so if you renew later, everything will be exactly as you left it.

Can I use MurmurTone on multiple computers?

Your license key can be activated on up to 2 computers at a time. If you need more, contact us for volume licensing options.

Will the price increase after Early Access?

Prices may increase for new customers after Early Access ends, but your rate is locked in forever. If you purchase at $49/year during Early Access, that's your renewal rate for life.

Will there be an additional cost for AI text cleanup?

No. AI text cleanup is coming in a future update, and it will use a local AI model that runs entirely on your machine. There's no subscription or cloud service involved, and it will be included with your license at no extra cost.
